Nicholas Glading

Nicholas Glading is currently the Head of Learning Experience Design at SureStart, where they lead the development of K-12 artificial intelligence and technical skills training programs. Previously, they served as the Learning Design Integration Manager at Wisewire Ed, where they successfully enhanced project delivery efficiency and reduced errors significantly. At Colloquy | Kaplan Global Solutions, Nicholas managed cross-functional teams to create and evaluate over 70 courses for prestigious university partners. They also held various instructional design leadership roles, including Associate Director of Faculty Engagement and Director of Learning Development Services, where they optimized course design and increased learner satisfaction. Nicholas holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.A.Ed. from San Diego State University.
