Rob Novak is a certified orthotist currently serving as the Director of Sales for Surestep since 2024. Previously, Rob held roles including Senior Orthotist at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago from 2004 to 2016, Practice Manager at Transcend Orthotics & Prosthetics from 2016 to 2022, and Area Clinic Manager at Hanger Clinic from 2022 to 2024. Rob began their career as a Resident Orthotist at Children's Memorial Hospital from 2002 to 2004. They earned a BS in Biology and Chemistry and an MS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed specialized training in Pediatric Orthotics and Orthotics at Children's Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University, respectively.
