Jim Farrell

Jim is a computer nerd at heart, destined to work in IT. Jim started his career as a desktop support specialist and very quickly moved up to overseeing onsite networks and server rollouts. Jim brought his experience in local network setup and desktop support to SureTech over seven years ago. He started with SureTech on major project rollouts as well as on centralizing onsite monitoring and support with the cloud solutions. With his passion for cloud engineering, he is now SureTech's lead designer of the SureOffice environment with expertise in Citrix and Microsoft Server. His passion is continually string to wrangle the Cloud to work for SMBs as seamlessly as possible. Jim has a ridiculously big movie collection, loves all things Japanese, and will try almost any food at least once...just not tomatoes.
