Janeé S.

Janeé S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

In 1987, they started their career in the US Marine Corps as a 6053 Aviation Hydraulics and Pneumatics specialist, serving until 1992.

Following their military service, in 1997, they worked in accounting at Arkansas Emergency Transport until 1999.

From 1998 to 2002, Janeé worked as a Technical Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Center.

In 2002, they joined DD&F Consulting Group as a Senior IT Consultant, specializing in technology project management, information and cyber security, and technical instruction. Janeé worked there until 2007.

In 2004, Janeé took on the role of Chapter President at ISACA until 2009.

Starting in 2007, they worked at Union Bankshares, Inc. as the CIO/SVP, overseeing all aspects of information technology/security, data processing, deposit operations/account services, electronic banking, and IT/IS risk management/regulatory compliance. Janeé also served as the lead project manager for all product and technology implementations. Janeé remained in this role until 2019.

During their time at Union Bankshares, Inc., they also served as the Chair of the Arkansas Bankers Coalition for Disasters and Emergencies from 2008 to 2012.

From 2009 to 2013, Janeé was a co-owner of Sessions Music.

In 2015, they became a co-owner of Sassafras Inn and held the position until 2022.

Janeé'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Risk at Arkansas Federal Credit Union, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Information Security from October 2019 to December 2022.

Janeé S. pursued their education in the field of Banking and Accounting. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the Barret School of Banking at Christian Brothers University. During this time, they did not obtain a degree. Prior to that, they attended Arkansas State University from 1993 to 2004, where they focused on Accounting and Computer Information Systems, but did not graduate with a degree either.

In addition to their education, Janeé S. obtained several certifications. In March 2005, they received the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. More recently, in June 2021, they obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification, also from ISACA.
