Toria Caleb

Toria Caleb has a diverse work experience in a variety of industries. Toria started their career at Arkansas Federal Credit Union in 2014, where they held various roles. Toria began as a Customer Service Teller and then progressed to become a Financial Services Representative. Toria then moved up to the role of Senior Financial Service Representative, where they played a vital role in developing a highly effective team and providing training and coaching to ensure high-quality member service. Toria was later promoted to Branch Manager, where they evaluated the work performance of branch personnel and maintained all pertinent reports and protocols. Finally, they served as a Business Systems Analyst II, where they used their expertise to contribute to the organization's success.

In between their roles at the credit union, Toria also worked at Payless ShoeSource as a Retail Sales Associate from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in customer service and sales.

Toria also had a short tenure at Crye Leike Realtors as a Listing Secretary and Project Manager in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

In 2016, Toria completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science/Human Performance/Sports Management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before that, they attended Arkansas State University-Beebe from 2011 to 2013, where they earned two Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees. Toria majored in General Studies and Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General during this time.
