Reuben Deboer

Reuben DeBoer has a strong background in operations management. Reuben has worked for various companies in different roles. At SureWerx, they started as a Warehouse Manager in 2015 and eventually became the Regional Operations Manager for Western Canada. Reuben then moved on to become the National Director of Operations before being promoted to their current position as the Director of Operations for North America. Prior to SureWerx, Reuben worked at Acklands-Grainger as the Logistics Support and DC Operations Manager. Reuben also has experience at GENCO, a FedEx Company, where they held positions such as Outbound Operations Supervisor and Inventory Control Supervisor. In these roles, they managed teams, demonstrated expertise in WMS and workflow balancing, and prioritized effective collaboration between different departments.

Reuben DeBoer attended Lambton College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a First Aid Responder from St Johns Ambulance.
