Ryan Coates

Ryan Coates has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ryan joined Surf Broadband Solutions in 2017 and held multiple positions including VP of Infrastructure Project Development and VP of Business Development and Fiber Architect until the present. Prior to that, they were the President of Coates Solutions starting in 2014. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Acruity from 2010 to 2014. In 2008, they had a role as a Senior Account Executive at CBTS and as an Account Executive at GramTel, Inc. Ryan also served as a Corporate Account Manager at MapleTronics Computers, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 and as a Senior Network Engineer at the same company from 1997 to 2005. Their earliest work experience was as a CAD Designer and Network Administrator at EPW, Inc. from 1996 to 1999.

Ryan Coates attended Concord High School from 1991 to 1995. Ryan then pursued a degree in Computer Science at Indiana University South Bend from 1995 to 1997. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Ryan attended Goshen College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
