As a boutique firm, we are able to take the time to understand our clients and their business. With an extensive understanding of our specialty industries: Healthcare, Medical Device, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical.  We are able to ask the right questions and get to the core of what is needed to make a good match between candidate and company. We spend the time so that hiring managers don’t have to. 78% of our candidate submissions make it to a second round of interviews with our clients. We work around the clock, ensuring that hiring managers receive at least 3 top tier, quality candidates within the first 72 hours of starting a search with us. We know your time is valuable, so we take control of the process by streamlining efforts to provide support with scheduling, offer negotiation, relocation and new job on-boarding.

Our dedication doesn’t end with our clients. We believe that our success lies in our passion for seeing talented, qualified candidates find jobs in the healthcare and life sciences industries that will change humanity for the better. Our candidates know that we go the extra mile for them, and understand that we only work with the best. They know we will support them throughout the whole process, offering interview advice and coaching, salary and benefits info and relocation support.
