Andrew Sharpe has a robust background in the advanced composites industry, currently serving as European Sales at Surface Generation Ltd since July 2007, where a unique process for composite manufacturing through reconfiguration technology is utilized. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Pera Innovation focused on research and development for advanced composites, and a decade at Courtaulds Aerospace as Product Manager overseeing the manufacture and sales of defense composite materials. Andrew's career began as a Development Engineer at Westland Helicopters, contributing to the production development of composite rotor blades for various helicopters. Andrew holds a BSc Hons in Materials Science from Swansea University, obtained between 1978 and 1981.
