David is currently the Director of Program and Project Managers at Surface Mount Technology Corporation, where they have increased sales with existing customers by 20% through exceptional customer support. David was also instrumental in reengaging dissatisfied customers and ensuring their projects were completed on time and within budget.

Prior to their current position, David served as the Executive Engineering Director at Seagate Technology for 26 years. During their time there, they led successful program management efforts, achieving high success rates in program schedule, product cost, and configuration complexity reduction. David also played a crucial role in revenue generation, with their core team consistently exceeding revenue quality control metrics. In addition, David's fulfillment program managers achieved an impressive success rate in pre-production material ordering, prototype build scheduling, and product testing.

David successfully built a multi-million dollar business specializing in high-quality kitchen cabinetry.
