Mike C.

Mike C. has over 20 years of experience in the paint and hardware industry. Mike began their career in 2000 as a Market/Store Manager for Sherwin-Williams. In 2006, they became a Sales Manager for D'Alton, Bandura & Associates, where they were responsible for calling on paint/hardware accounts and end users in Indiana and Michigan, while managing sales representatives in Ohio, Kentucky, and W. PA. In 2014, they were appointed Central U.S. Sales Manager for Trimaco, LLC, with the objective of growing new and existing B2B accounts in the Central U.S. Mike was responsible for managing approximately 25 reps in the paint and construction channels. In 2016, Mike became Branch Manager for the Trench Safety Division at United Rentals, where they were responsible for all aspects of the business, including overall sales and profitability, financials, purchasing, inventory management, HR, and creating a safe work culture for all employees. Mike managed a staff of nine, including two outside sales representatives. Mike currently serves as National Account Manager for both Icon Protection and Surface Shields, where they are responsible for managing and growing national U.S. and International accounts.

Mike C. attended Vincennes University from 1996 to 1998 and obtained an AA in prelaw. Mike then attended Ball State University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History.
