Robert Padgette

Robert Padgette is the Managing Director of Capitol Corridor, dedicated to enhancing intercity rail service in Northern California. They served as Deputy Executive Director of the Northeast Corridor Commission from 2012 to 2017, where they played a key role in establishing the organization and managing its operations. Currently, Padgette functions as Treasurer for the State Passenger Rail Committee and holds multiple roles in advisory capacities, including as an At-Large Member of the Passenger Rail Advisory Committee. Padgette's academic pursuits include a BA and an MA in Political Science and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
