Brenden Tkach

Brenden Tkach has a strong background in software engineering and development. Brenden is currently the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Surfline Wavetrak, Inc. since February 2019. Before that, they worked at iHerb Inc. as the Sr. Director of Software Development from August 2014 to February 2019. Prior to their role at iHerb, Brenden worked at Cox Communications in various business intelligence and reporting roles from April 2004 to August 2014. In 2002, they were the Database Project Lead at TECbuild International, where they worked on estimating construction costs for large residential homebuilders using 3D CAD software.

Brenden Tkach completed an MBA in Business Administration - Organizational Leadership at Brandman University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they obtained a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques," "Amazon Web Services for Data Science," "Learning Python for Data Science," "Metrics for Product Managers," "Nir Eyal on Creating Habit-Forming Products," and "Python: Data Analysis" from LinkedIn in 2019. Brenden also holds certification in ITIL Foundation in 2011 and Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI in 2001.
