Nicholas Piël

Nicholas Piël is the CEO of Surfly BV, a role held since October 2009, where the focus is on enhancing customer experience through innovative co-browsing technology for notable clients like Vistaprint and Achmea. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Voipro Nederland BV from April 2009 to October 2009, contributing to telephony solutions and support tools. Nicholas also worked as Technical Support at XS4ALL Internet BV from April 2001 to April 2008, aiding customers and developing diagnostic tools. In 2005, Nicholas served as a Software Engineer at the University of Oxford, working on the TULIP project to create an interactive translation platform. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam, obtained in 2008.
