Sam Winner

Sam Winner is a dedicated professional with experience in event coordination and community service. Currently serving as the Special Events Chair for The Surfrider Foundation since November 2020, Sam leads the organization of various events, including beach cleanups and fundraisers. Previously, Sam was a Special Events Coordinator for the Isla Vista Surfrider Foundation, contributing to event planning and execution. Other roles include a Warehouse Associate at Destined for Grace Thrift Store, where Sam supported initiatives for children's education in Haiti, and a Summer Intern at Hanley Investment Group, gaining insights into commercial real estate. Sam's early experience as an Assistant Teacher at Congregation B'nai B'rith School involved supervising and supporting students. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art from UC Santa Barbara, awarded in 2023.
