Chad Johnson has extensive experience in the medical sales and sports officiating sectors. Starting in football officiating in 2001, Chad served as a Football Official with the NCAA and the Central Virginia Football Officials Association until 2023. In the medical field, Chad began as an AO Spine Consultant and Trainer at Synthes from 2006 to 2012, followed by a Sales Representative role at Alliance Technology Group from 2013 to 2016. Serving as a Field Trainer and Support Specialist in Marketing at RTI Surgical® from June 2016 until July 2020, Chad was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Corporate Accounts at Surgalign, maximizing sales within strategic health systems until January 2022. Currently, Chad holds the position of Regional Development Manager at Surgalign, leading growth in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Chad earned degrees from Liberty University in 1998 and 2008.
