Surge is an HR consulting firm, specialised in Recruitment & Selection and Interim Management. We are operating since 1999 and are located in Meerssen, near Maastricht. Its candidates focus is on professionals with a Bachelor and/or Master level background. On the business side Surge is focusing on the industry and business services in the South-East of the Netherlands.

Our focus lies on the following fields: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Technology and ICT. For each of these fields we have a specialised consultant. This means that we are able to look for professionals, who have the required experience and background, out of our extensive network and with the proper background knowledge. The consultants at Surge are experienced in the region and all have a personal focus on one of the fields aforementioned.
