Surgeaero is a European aerospace startup building the next generation of high-performance unmanned aerial systems and propulsion technologies.

We combine advanced engineering, rapid product development, and a startup mindset to create reliable, mission-ready solutions for demanding environments. Our focus is on delivering high-performance two-stroke propulsion systems and UAV platforms that prioritize efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.

As an early-stage company, we move fast, take ownership, and continuously iterate. We believe small, highly capable teams can achieve extraordinary results when empowered to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and execute with urgency.

Our team brings together expertise from aerospace, engineering, software, manufacturing, and operations to solve complex technical challenges. We value curiosity, accountability, and collaboration, creating an environment where talented people can have a direct impact on the future of European aerospace.

At SurgeAero, every contribution matters. We're not just building products—we're building a company that advances aerospace innovation through engineering excellence, speed, and a relentless commitment to quality.
