After a recent rebrand, Surge Capital is proud to continue its work with industry-leading partners to deliver master-planned communities and investment opportunities.

Surge Capital has delivered over $20 million in project value and has over $115 million in active projects, along with a healthy pipeline of projects at the planning stage.
