Surge Crew is a specialist superyacht recruitment agency helping captains, HODs and yacht management teams hire vetted, well-matched crew.

Rather than sending dozens of CVs, we present a small number of carefully selected candidates, complete with references and clear comparison tables, making hiring decisions simpler and more efficient.

We recruit across Deck, Interior, Engineering and Galley departments for permanent, seasonal and temporary positions.

Fully MLC compliant. 1% of every placement fee supports ocean conservation through Blue Marine Foundation.
