The Suri Ceviche Bar restaurant brings to São Paulo a new way of enjoying ceviche, a dish that has been conquering Brazilians in recent years. In the menu prepared by chef Dagoberto Torres, the dish, usually made from fish and seafood cooked in lemon, gains several versions with multiple geographical references, common in other gastronomic centers but unprecedented in Brazil. If the historical origin is Peru, over the centuries the ceviche has been spreading throughout Latin America and gaining local flavors. It is on this current and multicultural ceviche that Suri's menu is based. The house's proposal is completed by the white wine list, Pisco and Tequila drinks, affordable prices and a relaxed atmosphere. And it is worth a highlight for the counter that allows the customer to closely follow the preparation of the dish and drinks.
