Kent Decook

Kent DeCook has a diverse background in both the brewing and IT industries. Currently employed as a Packaging Associate at Surly Brewing Co. since April 2019, Kent previously contributed to the opening and operations at Tilion Brewing Company as a Taproom Beertender and Assistant to the Assistant Brewer. Kent has also gained valuable experience through internships at Angry Inch Brewing Company and ConvergeOne, where responsibilities included brewing assistance and IT training. With a long history in IT roles at Zelle Hofmann, such as IT Analyst and National Training Specialist, Kent has developed a strong foundation in software systems and training. Kent's educational background includes a degree in Brewing & Beer Steward Technology from Dakota County Technical College and a degree in Marketing Communication from Metro State University.
