Mike Balch

Michael Balch has a wealth of experience in the field, starting as a Process Technician at IEC Electronics Corp. Michael then moved on to Surmotech, Inc. where Michael served as a Senior Process Engineer before eventually being promoted to Director of Operations at Surmotech, LLC. Throughout their career, Michael also held the title of Process Engineering Manager and SMT Process Value Stream Engineer.
