Chris Urban is a Managing Director at SURMOUNT, a company formed in April 2025 through the consolidation of NNN Pro, STNL Advisors, and United Global Development Co. Previously, Chris served as Managing Director of NNN Pro from September 2013 to April 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing disposition programs for diverse clients in the net lease industry. Chris Urban began a professional journey in real estate after earning a degree from Fordham University from September 2008 to May 2012.
