Madison O'Connor is the Managing Director of Investments at SURMOUNT, where they lead a real estate advisory platform serving private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, and have completed over $4 billion in transaction volume since joining in 2017. Prior to this role, Madison worked in Investment Sales at Marcus & Millichap from 2014 to 2022 and served as a Real Estate Development Manager at Domicile Developments from 2010 to 2014. Currently, Madison is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and Urban Planning at Concordia University.
