Laura Steighner

Laura Steighner is the President and an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist at Steighner Solutions, LLC, which focuses on assisting decision-makers and conducting quality assurance reviews to meet client goals. In addition, they serve as a Generalist Accreditation Assessor for the ANAB, conducting evaluations of personnel credentialing programs, and as the Director of Test Development Customer Experience at Surpass Assessment, where they enhance customer experiences with testing technology. Laura earned a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
