Wayne Crossley

Wayne Crossley is currently an Agile Delivery Manager at Surpass Assessment, where they manage the entire development suite with 35 direct reports. With over nine years of experience at BTL, Wayne has held various roles including Scrum Master and Senior Scrum Master. Before joining BTL, Wayne spent over a decade at Lloyd’s Banking Group, working primarily as a developer and tester. They also have experience in claims and policy management, auditing, and training from their earlier position at HBOS General Insurance.
