Surplus Depot is a leading source for online liquidation auctions and wholesale liquidation.

We move surplus, overstock, customer returns, and closeout inventory from major retailers into active resale channels—quickly, consistently, and at scale.

Our operation is built around multiple distribution paths that keep inventory moving and pricing aligned with real demand:
• Online auctions: $1 starts, no reserves. Weekly cycles with true market pricing.
• Wholesale liquidation: Direct bulk sales—pallets and truckloads—for buyers who need consistent volume.
• Marketplace channels: Inventory also flows through eBay, Facebook Marketplace, WhatNot, and other resale platforms.

This channel mix keeps product moving efficiently without relying on a single buyer type or sales path.

Operationally, we focus on:
• High-throughput processing and fast inventory turns
• Standardized grading and consistent lot structure
• Reliable, ongoing inventory flow across categories

Who we work with:
• Direct consumers
• Marketplace sellers and professional resellers
• Discount stores and retail operators
• Retailers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners
