Boukje Jacobs

Boukje Jacobs has a background in psychology and social work, holding a Bachelor's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's degree from Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Boukje began professional experience as an ambulant hulpverlener at Spirit Jeugd en Opvoedhulp from 2001 to 2006, followed by roles in various organizations, including Beekmans & Van de Ven as a Reintegratie consulent/jobcoach from April 2006 to March 2009, where focus was on job coaching for individuals with autism, ADHD, and NLD. Boukje later contributed to IMW Tilburg as a Stafmedewerker Toegang and Gezinscoach from September 2021 to June 2022, providing assistance and coordination for challenging families. Currently, Boukje works as a Welzijnscoach at Surplus since October 2023, continuing a commitment to helping vulnerable populations.
