Phil Bouchillon is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Surprise.com. Prior to this, they spent eight years at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where they held the role of Vice President of Product & Client Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the product management, product marketing, product strategy, and client services teams and driving the strategic growth of the company's entire portfolio.

During their time at Vistage, Phil was responsible for growing the global membership from 15,000 to 24,000 members and increasing the annual revenue from $125 million to $235 million. Phil also built the product department from 2 to 19 employees and led a large cross-functional team. In addition, Phil defined the product strategy for 7 unique target segments and launched the Emerging Leader Program for Level 4 leaders. The program was a success, signing 1,225 members in its first year and generating $6.3 million in annual revenue.

In addition to their work with the Emerging Leader Program, Phil also designed the Advancing Leader Program for Level 3 leaders and grew the Vistage Inside Program by more than 600%. Phil also partnered with Stanford GSB to deliver an MBA-level executive education program for CEOs. During their time at Vistage, Phil made many contributions to the company including building the company's first Product Marketing function and defining the requirements for an online platform to shift to 100% digital delivery during the pandemic.
