Emma Barnes

Emma Barnes is the current Head of Football Development (Facilities & Investment Lead) at Surrey FA. Prior to this, they worked as a Women's & Girls' Football Development Officer at the London Football Association from October 2007 to September 2014. From September 2003 to May 2014, Barnes was also a Girls Centre of Excellence Coach U15's at Chelsea FC. Lastly, they served as a Football Development Officer at Chelsea Football Club from September 2003 to September 2007.

Emma Barnes has a certificate in Football Business & Practice from Buckinghamshire New University and went to Bishop Reindorp School.
