Leah Hidden

Leah Hidden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the EDI Manager for Surrey FA since April 2024. As the Founder of The Hidden Florist since September 2016, Leah has combined entrepreneurship with a passion for floristry. Previously, Leah held several positions at Yondr Group from September 2019 to March 2023, including Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead and Global DEI Program Manager. Additionally, Leah worked as a Regional Coordinator at BWB Consulting Ltd and has experience in company formation at Rapid Formations Limited, as well as in a front-of-house role at Crest Nicholson plc. Leah Hidden is recognized for outstanding contributions to business culture, having won the Recognising Women in Engineering Award in 2019. Leah has a formal education in Floristry from Merrist Wood College and has attended both City of Westminster College and Cheam High School.
