Jay Yan

Jay Yan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and technical support. Since October 2007, Jay has held multiple roles at Surrey Schools, progressing from 1st Level Support Technician to 3rd Level Network Engineer. Prior to this, Jay worked as a Remote Systems Administrator at GPS Industries and as a Telecommunications Technician at Shift Networks. Educationally, Jay holds a Diploma of Technical Studies in Networking Systems Technician from BCIT School of Business + Media, completed between 2004 and 2006.
