Lee Paul

Accelerated Software Development Evangelist, Chief Modernization Strategist, President, Member at Surround Technologies

Lee Paul began their career in 1992 as the Owner of Computer Basics, Inc., where they served as the lead IBM AS/400 developer for the NYNEX Mechanized Treatment and Collections systems. In 1996, they became a Partner at Rapid, LLC, where they learned important lessons about their personal and business principals. In 1997, they joined Surround Technologies as an Accelerated Software Development Evangelist, Chief Modernization Strategist, President, and Member. In this role, they were responsible for building and strengthening business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and communicating the value of Surround's solutions. In 2008, Lee Paul joined the Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership as a Board Member, Chairman, and Co-founder & Chairman Elect. As Chairman, they worked to keep the fledgling organization going by maintaining membership and hosting an Annual Award Gala.

Lee Paul attended Blair Academy from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their high school education. Lee then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Syracuse University, graduating in 1991.
