Jesse Palmer

Jesse Palmer is a Senior Engineering Manager at SurveyMonkey since April 2019, where the role focuses on leading the Growth Platform to enhance data-driven decision-making and drive company growth through backend services and SDKs. Previously, Jesse held a similar position at Handshake, overseeing a team of seven software engineers in developing the student experience, and at Capital One, where notable achievements included creating the company’s first app to optimize online customer experiences. During tenure at Capital One, Jesse also managed the Level Money website, transforming it from a mobile app to a comprehensive web platform.
