Kailey Cartwright

Kailey Cartwright serves as the Global Lead for Learning and Development at SurveyMonkey, where leadership includes managing a five-member team to address organizational challenges and implement strategic programming for leadership conferences. Previously, Kailey held various roles at Year Up, culminating in National Senior Director of Staff Learning, overseeing critical development initiatives and onboarding processes for over 300 new hires annually. Alongside a position as Senior Faculty Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, Kailey has also developed and led diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, emphasizing their commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English and Women Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
