Lance Ludman

Lance joined SurveyMonkey in 2025 and oversees all aspects of the company’s finance function, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury. Previously, Lance was CFO at Benevity, the leading provider of corporate purpose software. Prior to that, he was CFO at DreamBox Learning, a private-equity backed K-12 education technology company. From 2010 to 2019, he served in multiple roles at Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB), including CFO for International. His early career included corporate development at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT). He holds an M.A. in International Economics from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Richmond.
