Vikas Nagaraj

Vikas Nagaraj is a seasoned professional in security engineering with extensive experience in managing and developing security solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at SurveyMonkey since June 2019, Vikas leads the Security Engineering team in building and maintaining a diverse array of services, tools, and processes to ensure the company's security and compliance. Previously, Vikas held roles at Gemalto from February 2009 to June 2019, where contributions included leading a team on the Data Protection on Demand project and developing full-stack solutions for the Crypto Command Center. Starting a career as a Software Developer at Nortel from October 2000 to February 2009, Vikas has a strong educational background with a MIPIS in Infrastructure Protection from Carleton University, an MA in Philosophy of Cognitive Science from the University of Sussex, and a BAsc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
