Serhii Duzhych is an accomplished product manager and support engineer with extensive experience in technical support and product management. Currently at Survicate since July 2021, Serhii has previously held significant roles at Demant, providing comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, and at Arvato Bertelsmann Polska in escalation engineering and technical support. Earlier experience includes content management and technical support for Mac OS applications at ZEO Alliance, as well as roles in radio broadcasting and dubbing. Serhii holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Lesya Ukrainka East European National University, obtained in 2017.
