Joel Witman is a multidisciplinary engineer with extensive experience in engineering support and development for the Tactical Resupply Vehicle (TRV) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) platform at SURVICE Engineering since June 2013. Responsibilities include mechanical design, fabrication, and integration of intelligent payloads and peripherals. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineer/Metrologist, where Joel designed and tested underbody blast mitigating mechanical systems and developed Level III Technical Data Packages in compliance with ASME and Military standards. Joel began career at Schafer Corporation as an Engineer 2, focusing on instrumentation solutions and the development of Vehicle Integration Kits to address Electromagnetic Interference issues. Joel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2011.
