Rodney Rhoades Pcc

Rodney Rhoades, PCC, currently serves as a Senior Business Development Associate at SURVICE Engineering since January 2021 and is the Owner/President of Rhoades2Success, an executive coaching firm, established in January 2019. Previously, Rhoades held the position of Director of Business Development/Capture at MicroTech from August 2019 to November 2020. Rhoades has extensive experience in the US Army, having served in various leadership roles, including Senior Executive Advisor and Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management from December 2011 to June 2019, as well as Command Sergeant Major for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command in Europe and the Mission and Installation Contracting Command. Earlier roles include CSM Installation Leader/Manager at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Picatinny Arsenal and Command Sergeant Major of the 115th Brigade Support Battalion. Rhoades completed a Bachelor's Degree from Excelsior University and attended George Mason University from 2017 to 2018.
