James Murphy

James Murphy is a seasoned professional in Subsurface Utility Engineering with extensive experience spanning over a decade. As the SUE Division Branch Leader at SurvTech Solutions since July 2019, James has demonstrated leadership in the field. Previously, James served as a SUE Analyst at McKim & Creed, Inc., where responsibilities included electromagnetic locating and ground penetrating radar. Prior to that, James worked as a Crew Chief at Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corp., specializing in various aspects of subsurface utility engineering, including CCTV laser profiling and leak detection. James holds an education from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Nashville, completed between 2005 and 2006.
