Jean Pong

Jean Pong currently serves as the Global Head of GTM Enablement at SUSE, leading a team across multiple regions to develop and drive effective sales enablement strategies. Previously, Jean held various leadership roles at Red Hat, including Director of APAC Sales & Technical Enablement, where responsibilities included designing data-driven learning programs aligned with business needs. Jean also has extensive experience in sales learning and enablement from prior positions at Twitter and Microsoft, contributing to significant improvements in sales performance and organizational efficiencies. Jean’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
