With extensive management experience from Citrix, Temenos, and Rancher/SUSE, Jiri has a proven track record of building international support teams and implementing effective support processes. Jiri's technical expertise spans cloud, virtualization, and container technologies, alongside a solid foundation in both Linux and Windows platforms. Jiri has also earned a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University.
