Lee Taylor

Lee Taylor is an accomplished executive in software compliance and intellectual property management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the VP of Global Software Compliance at SUSE since February 2023, Taylor is focused on building an innovative compliance program to safeguard intellectual property and contract rights. Previous roles include Founder of Proof LCS, SVP of Software License Compliance and Strategic Partnerships at Quest Software, and Vice President of Global Software Compliance at Micro Focus, where Taylor designed and operated compliance programs for legacy products. Earlier experience also includes leadership positions at Attachmate, NetIQ, SUSE, and Novell, where Taylor played a key role in global compliance and anti-piracy efforts. Taylor holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Washington University.
