Matthew Mattox

Matthew Mattox is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in support engineering, system architecture, and virtualization technologies. Currently serving as a Principal Support Engineer at SUSE since January 2021, Matthew previously held roles at Rancher Labs, Insurance Auto Auctions, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Caterpillar Inc., Semaphore Company, LLC, and IBM. Matthew has expertise in designing and implementing Kubernetes solutions, enterprise storage systems, and virtualization environments, as well as managing large-scale IT projects with minimal downtime. Matthew holds an A.A.S. in Systems and Networking Administration from Morrison Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Computer Installation and Repair Technology from Sauk Valley Community College.
