Mike McKinstry

Mike McKinstry currently serves as Reward Director at SUSE, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held the same title at JPIMedia from July 2017 to October 2021 and served as Senior Reward Consultant at Johnston Press from June 2013 to July 2017. Experience in the field also includes a role as Reward and Regulation Manager at Sainsbury's Bank from June 2012 to June 2013 and as Reward Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2010 to June 2012. Earlier career experience includes a decade at Lloyds Banking Group as HR Operations Manager. Mike holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a BSc (Hons) in Social and Management Sciences from the same institution.
