Rich Brunt is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Broadcom Software since August 2021, Rich specializes in Symantec security products, including Proxy, CAS, Management Center, and Reporter. In addition, Rich has been a Senior Support Engineer at SUSE since October 2016 and previously held the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer at Novell for two decades, from April 1996 to October 2016, where advanced debugging skills, including coredump analysis and live debugging, were developed.
