Richard Brown is an experienced software architect and Linux distribution engineer currently working at SUSE, where responsibilities include designing and developing next-generation Linux distributions. With extensive involvement in the openSUSE Project since 2003, Richard contributes to various aspects, including development, testing, and community representation, and has held leadership positions such as openSUSE Board Chairman. Prior to SUSE, Richard held various roles at City College Brighton and Hove, including Systems Engineering Team Leader and Systems Consultant, and also gained early experience as a Network Technician at Wallington County Grammar School.
