Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Sherry Brewer is an accomplished Enterprise Customer Success Manager at SUSE, recognized as the Customer Success Manager of the Year for North America in 2021. Since July 2020, Sherry has partnered with enterprise customers to enhance their customer journey. Previously, Sherry served as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at TIBCO, where Sherry built and led a global team focused on maximizing customer business value and retention. Earlier roles at TIBCO included serving as the first Customer Success Manager, where Sherry played a key role in launching a successful revenue-generating Customer Success program, and managing global training operations. Sherry's career began at XO Communications as a Senior Account Executive, where Sherry focused on customer relationship management in the telecommunications market. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate from San Diego State University.
